1. Residence, curate and lecturer: This Parish is annexed to St: Mary Arches where I {reside} intend to reside.

2. Other benefices: I have St: Mary Arches & the Sequestration of this Parish.

3. Divine service at other churches: Divine Service is always performed at St: Mary Arches.

4. Frequency of divine service: Except on Easter Monday, when Prayers are read in this Church.

5. Frequency of communion: The People of this Parish attend St. Mary Arches.

6. Catechising of children: The Youth of this Parish have not been catechised at any regular Times.

7. Church fabric: The Church & Chancel is in good Repair.

8. Glebe terrier: We have no Terrier.

9. Number of families: I believe that we have about {fifty} seventy Families in this Parish.

10. Chapels: There is a Roman Catholic Chapel within this Parish - Mr Eddisford is the Priest.

11. Papists, dissenters and meeting houses: I do not know of any reputed Papists in this Parish. There is one Meeting-House - Mr Hog is the Teacher.

12. School, alms-houses, hospital and charitable endowments: We have no publick or other School in this Parish, nor any Alms-House Hospital or any other charitable Endowment. neither have we any parochial Library.

13. Charity: We have no Lands, Tenements, or other Benefactions left for pious & charitable uses.
